Vocal & Piano Coach
Fluent in English & French (elle enseigne en anglais et en français)
An award-winning vocalist, pianist, and mentor, Blessing specializes in transforming young, enthusiastic students into confident, technically sound performers — combining elite, world-class stage experience with a warm, encouraging teaching style.
Teaching Style
Having spent years training under Broadway professionals, performing in iconic venues like Central Park, and achieving First Class Honours through the Royal Conservatory of Music, Blessing understands exactly what it takes to build a strong musical foundation. As a former youth camp leader, competitive cheer assistant, and seasoned babysitter with over 250+ volunteer hours, she brings exceptional patience, structure, and child-centered energy to every lesson.
Whether your child is taking their very first notes, preparing for Royal Conservatory of Music exams, or gearing up to shine on stage, Blessing creates a safe, inspiring environment where students feel empowered to take creative risks and discover their true voice.
She relates effortlessly to kids and teens — translating complex music theory into fun, digestible steps while instilling discipline, time management, and self-belief.
Focus Areas
Safe vocal technique means healthy breath support, vowel placement, and vocal longevity tailored specifically for young growing voices. Royal Conservatory of Music prep is structured, high-honors coaching for both Voice and Piano — Theory, Sight-Reading, Ear Training, and Technique. Stage presence work covers overcoming stage anxiety, mastering live microphone technique, and delivering captivating storytelling through song.
Focus Areas
Blessing has a strong love for classical music and brings that passion into her piano teaching alongside her more contemporary vocal styles.
Background
From winning international choral championships in NYC to solo performances at major showcases, Blessing brings real-world success into the studio. Beyond music, her background in competitive sports, rugby, cadets, and academic problem-solving gives her a structured, highly organized approach to lesson planning and goal setting.
I see so much of my younger self in my students. Music opened up my world, built my confidence, and taught me how to express who I am. My goal as a coach is to give your child the exact tools, strategies, and encouragement they need to feel proud of their sound, excel in their goals, and genuinely love every step of the journey.
