What started in a living room in 2005 is now a home for hundreds of music and voice students — here's how Sing House got here.
2005
It started in a living room
Chantal Hackett is the creative force behind Sing House Studios. She came up with the concept back in 2005 while teaching in her mother's living room, with only a small number of students.
Word spread quickly about Chantal's voice lessons, and soon she opened her very own studio in the heart of Orléans — home of hundreds of music and voice students, otherwise known as #singingaddicts.
A community to belong to
Chantal loved to sing, but struggled to find a community that she belonged to in the music scene — so she created her own. She came to the realization that many other people felt the way she did, and needed a safe space to express their passion for music.
Sing House's mission is all about being innovative and learning by doing, all while building confidence and having fun.

2020
The family grew
In 2020, the Sing House Studios family grew with the addition of Erica Brighthill as our Master Vocal Coach and Studio Operations Manager. Since then, Erica has become a vital force in strengthening our studio's vision and mission. Working hand-in-hand, Chantal and Erica have built a space where creativity and passion truly flourish.
Erica ensures that our core values — community, growth, and excellence — are woven into every aspect of our studio. From our dynamic live shows and comprehensive courses to our personalized coaching and innovative programs, her influence is felt in everything we do.
